In this class you will develop a spice kit and learn:
How to turn coriander root usually discarded into a marinade
How to toast, grind and choose spices
Create a Mexican spice blend, two Middle Eastern Spice Blends - a shawarma mix and a ras el hanout mix
On the menu will be slow cooked ras el hanout lamb, chicken shawarma, Mexican black beans and coriander and garlic prawns. Of course, there will be salad and some preserved lemon yoghurt.
This will become an essential toolkit that will transform your home cooking.
